Refund policy

Digital products are reviewed individually because codes and top-ups cannot always be reversed after delivery.

Before delivery

Contact support promptly if an order has not been fulfilled. Eligible cancellations are reviewed against the on-chain payment record.

After delivery

Delivered or revealed digital codes are generally non-refundable unless they were invalid when supplied and the issue is verified.

Payment errors

Transfers to the wrong address or network are not controlled by AI Code Pay. Contact support with the order link and TxID so we can check available options.
